| | An HourHow valuable is an hour to you? What could you do in an hour? I could watch an episode of Lost and discuss it during commercials. I could spend an hour reading Lost emails with my Lost buddies. I could practice tabla. I could go for a run. I could work an extra hour at work and get a little more done. Or I could veg out in front of the TV and do nothing. Or maybe that is doing something. I could hang out with friends. Get a few drinks in a bar. I'm always trying to make valuable use of my time, but what constitutes a "valuable" use of time? Maybe sometimes vegging out in front of the TV could be extremely valuable? Or is it pretty much always a waste of time? If time is so valuable, why do we waste it so often?
